After losing my uncle in June in the most unexpected way, my family had no idea where to begin with arranging a proper funeral during a global pandemic. The staff was very comforting and caring throughout the entire ordeal and made the process quick and easy for my family and I. Michael and his team went above and beyond to care for our dearly departed mother/grandmother during this COVID crisis. Within hours of notifying Michael that our mother/grandmother had passed, he immediately dispatched his team to Clove Lakes Nursing Home and brought her to Colonial. Both he and his staff were beyond caring and considerate as we dealt with our grief and the inherent difficulties of having a service during these times. Colonial will always have our family's eternal gratitude.
